This questionnaire asks you to provide information about the target person and his/her job on a number of elements. The primary purpose of this assessment is to find out which skills, abilities, and knowledge are most important to the job and how you and others see his/her proficiency in various areas.
The responses to items in this questionnaire will help the target person answer two important questions: * What are his/her key strengths? * What are his/her major development needs?The answers to these questions will help the target person and the organization identify development activities and formulate career plans.
